We can also support individuals to follow their own interests in the wider community.
We can support choices that help to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle such as swimming, bowling and fitness.

A personal plan will be developed with each person using the service to meet their individual needs. We ensure that effective support is tailored to each individual as part of their personal plan. Transport needs can be supported.
